Welcome to Cove

"Okay, Axie, I reckon it's the time to write some reports of how we prepared the banquet, eh?" - said Qom from above his goblet of wine, smiling at the pretty lass
"Oh, indeed it is" - replied Axiana with her cute smile.
"I'm just unsure if we'll manage to recall what was done after all that wine" - said Qom and went for some paper, wobbling. "Strawberries, cherries...." he sang to himself silently...


Few weeks before the banquet, I've met miss Eve, in front of the Town Hall (or the Town Half-Hall). She brought some cookies, so when she was busy thinking of how to arrange the hall, I was busy taking care that



Then miss Axiana came into action. After mister R-Key emptied the building for use, we could see how big (or how small)  the Town Hall is. To better see what we're standing on, quickly I've made some furniture.


When part of the needed tables was done, we tried many different positions with Axiana. Later even mister Jarl joined to add few his "coins".


And then...
Some man came to the Town Hall and began asking questions. He was very rude and suggested that Axiana and me are doing... erm, hmm, things we aren't supposed to. Hmm. Right before leaving, he just told me that some "they" are keeping an eye on me. I'd rather suggest him reducing his consumption of nighty, I say.


When we were fed up and tired with running around with tables and chairs, some of the most wicked ideas were appearing in our minds. Like this one...


Finally, we managed to get the tables arranged, and miss Axiana began her magic with food, decoration and drinks.

We just needed to do some last rehearsals of our song, so we met few days before the banquet. We were just going to start, when Cove was attacked by an Orcish horde!! Fortunately the door lock was broken and the doors shut with me and Axiana inside, keeping us secure within cold, stone walls of the Hall. Orcs were trying to ram the doors, but without success.


What happened then, still makes me shiver. Don't know how, but miss Axiana managed to force the lock. She went outside, and the heavy wooden door shut right after her. I've only heard an orcish cry, Axiana's painful shout and the sound of something (someone) falling to the ground. Then, Orcs built-up a barricade in front of the doors, leaving Axiana there.


After a while, the horde disappeared, Covian guardsman dissasembled the barricade and - to my great relief - Axiana saved her life because she is so delicate, that the orcish hit turned her unconscious. Next, after having some rest, we carried on with our preparations.


The only person to appear later was Khaelieth, who shown us some tricks, and we were ready to try our song several times.
What was next, you all know (those who attended, at least).

Qom put away the quill, and stretched his arms.
"What you think, Axie? Is it okay?" - asked Qom
"Yes, I'm sure they will be happy."
"Okay, so I think it's done. Thanks for help, little one" - said Qom with a smile. - "How's your brow arch, by the way? Still hurts?"
"Naah, I've almost forgot about it. Stupid Orcs, nonetheless." - Axiana sighed. - "Come, Qom. I'll give to you more Covian wine" - said Axiana singing, smiling beautifully...
