Greetings covians

I go by many names upon my travels but the name i assumed during my travels of magincia and tokuno was Rough Treatment, unfairly given i must admit, i was involved in a particularly nasty bar brawl in which i overcame a rather large fellow, to my advantage he was well on his way to drunkenness. anyway that's not the point of the story. i was touring through tokuno when a rather strange looking creature, rather like a big pink bull, called a gaman, i think, wandered across my path. i noticed its horns were a wondrous ebony black and a perfect material for me to carve out little pretties. my offer to the brave covians is to undertake a culling of these animals as i require a massive 1000 of these horns to decorate my house. i love these horns and am willing to part with 500,000 gold for the horns, plus an additional hunters bonus of 50,000, 25,000 and 10,000 gold to the top three hunters. although these beasts have beautiful horns, their temperament isn't as nice, they literally swarm the moongates and have over run the peaceful surroundings of tokuno. they spooked all my horses and sent me sprawling to the floor chasing after my pack animals in which is my livelihood.



After regaining most of my possessions i decided to take a safer trip to search for a treasure i had acquired a map for in one of my business deals, whilst wandering through the forests of magincia, the magic isle, a thoroughly disreputable place but the perfect location for hiding treasure, i found myself surrounded by a large group of robed fellows, looking very much like priests. indeed they were my friends, priest of mondain. not an honest or decent fellow there, they spotted the rolled map parchment in my hand and set upon me, their attack was vile and brutal, they rained blow after blow upon me and relieved me of my precious map. sadistic men as they were, they carefully tore that map into 50 pieces, right before my very eyes. distributed the fragments between them and took off into the forest. a very regretable experience. i have retold this story to you brave covians to beseech your help in bringing these villains to justice. i am willing to pay 200,000 gold to get that map and my dignity back from the villanous fiends. plus bonuses to the bravest warriors who succeed in bringing me the most revenge against these dogs.


i am no fighter, i am a good tradesman and my word is as good as my money, i do not wish to hire the noble covians as mercenaries, you are too good for that, i instead beseech you to uphold my honour and visit justice upon these men and beasts on my behalf, the finance is to help the brave army of cove maintain their supplies and feast upon their victory, that is my story and my offer as requested to be told here to you brave souls by the sanction of your good baron.
