Title: Small Apology Post by: Cal Soulshadow on April 15, 2005, 01:02:58 am As regards events earlier tonight, seems I inadvertantly made a cock-up with marking a rune. I have an alt in Kaldor - a viper who I was using to spy in an attempt to get some information on Cal's location in game. Once Eason sent the Grenadiers to guard the cave, I managed to hop through and mark a rune, which I then renamed "Cave". Or at least I thought I'd marked a rune. In my hurry to get my viper back to Serps so I could give the rune to my would-be rescuers and then log Cal on, I neglected to realise I'd fizzled. Harry only has 80 magery so he occassionally fizzles on level 6 spells and with sound turned off I didn't notice.
Through sheer fluke it happened the rune I'd renamed was for a vendor in Yew a few screens east of where I was taken. I know it sounds like the world's crappest excuse but that's what happened and I feel pretty embarrassed about it. So sorry guys, my bad. I hope it didn't ruin things totally.
