If I missed anyone sign below...

The task was simple! Re-inforce the city gates with a sentry post and keep a look out fer any trouble. Sounds easy enough but sentry posts don't grow on trees... Well err... Actually they do, so with axes at the ready we chopped enough lumber with which to build our outpost.

I sent Drachir and the recuits off into the shire to bring back hides while the rest of us set about constructing the sentry post. When Drachir returned with the recruits I let Watchman Tel'var take them to patrol the town while the finishing touches to the fortification were being made.


The Watchman and Recruits manned the sentry post. The Dragoons and a rather dashing Grenadier Sergeant kept watch from the city walls. While the Scouts kept the the shadows of the gateway.

Everything was going swimmingly... The town was quiet, Flina expressing how much she loves dairy products when a figure lept from the shadows to attack on of the recruits. We jumped to our stations and a detachment led by Sergeant Hoagie chased the fiend from the shire but not before he had also managed to knock Inquisitor Odentheus to the floor.


With the area secure, Hoagie's party returned and the Inquisitor not much worse for wear the sentry detail was dismissed.
