Raiden, Grenadier Sergeant (leading) Hoagie, Dragoon Sergeant Perrin, Watchman Dah'Han, Guardsman Recruit Ike Poof, Guardsman Recruit As we didn't have a sufficient force to storm the mines in Tokuno we headed out to clear the passages of Despise. We started by smashing the ettins and rock monsters afore heading deeper to slay some rather smelly trolls! (http://xs319.xs.to/xs319/07391/despiseraiden.jpg) As we ventured further it seemed the cavern's inhabitants had been forewarned of our advance as none could be found. But sure enough with flushed them out and soon the place was littered with ogre corpses. Now that we were warmed up we assaulted the bridge to the island where the ogre captains dwell. We harried them and held the bridge against their counterattacks before, with the area clear and nowt but a scratch upon us Covians we headed home, each guardsman collecting 3,000 in gold for their trouble. *signed* Raiden, Grenadier Sergeant. |
