Title: Watchman Duty ~ Tightening Security Post by: Raiden Morana on May 26, 2009, 01:20:29 pm It's vitally important to display a strong military presence during these uncertain times. Cove's army is reformed and guardsmen need to be visible to not only deter any dissenting voices from within but to also deter any neighbours who may feel brave enough to venture into our lands, not to mention keeping Cove's townsfolk free from molestation. To this end you will organise a patrolling rota as below:
Monday ~ Orc fort. Tuesday ~ Covian Shire (lake, both sets of ruins & the stone circle) Wednesday ~ Cove town (memorial square, city walls, docks, orchard & watch tower) Thursday ~ Baronship Household (barracks, town hall, church & tavern) Friday ~ Altmere Saturday ~ Compassion Desert Sunday ~ Graveyard ~ You will organise a patrol rota and post it on the main notice board (IC Board) so that people can volunteer or be assigned a duty and so that reports of each patrol held can be posted in the same thread also. ~ You may lead each patrol yourself but it may be helpful to enlist the support of your fellow guardsmen to ensure that every day on the rota is covered. ~ At least 3 guardsmen should attend each patrol. This task may be completed by Watchmen only. This task may be completed more than once but only once per character. Commander's comments: Be sure to secure each location on the rota, slaying any threats to Covian security.
