Title: Junior Duty ~ Pass On What You've Learned Post by: Raiden Morana on August 01, 2018, 08:47:57 am Grand ter see so many new Juniors around the place. Nay be givin' it too much swagger though, eh?! Time ter start leadin' by example, nay just because ye wear the Covian Cap!
~ Lead a training session for at least 3 other guardsmen. ~ Cover parade and battle orders. ~ Include physical fitness and uniform/kit inspection. ~ Choose one other area to focus on i.e. Healing, tactics, team fighting etc. ~ End the session with a last man standing. ~ The training session must last at least 30 minutes. ~ Post a full report on the main notice board.
