I have had it mentioned to me on many occasions that being an elf within Cove puts you towards the bottom of the pile in terms of respect.  I understand that the Grenadiers are the most respected squad in the Army and seeing them in action on Sunday night made me appreciate just how good they are. I have worked hard to gain my Watchman rank and would willingly work just as hard to gain Junior.

Therefore I aspire to be a Grenadier and would formally request for you to be my mentor.
