Citizens of Cove,
Another Sunday of adventure and intrigue passes. In the course of the regular promotions parade, major changes were made to the Covian officer corps - with a number of distinguished and
very veteran faces returning to their roles in the officer corps! The Arcanists and Grenadiers now have formal leaders, and the ranks of high command are once again filled, with Commander 'Facey' now in charge of the fate of Covian forces. In response to his underwhelming acceptance speech he was greeted with the traditional 'knocking of the Commander'.
The officers of Cove now stand as follows:

- Captain: Raiden Morana
- Sergeant: Shadwell
- Arcanist Corporal: Veldrin Ni'harel
- Grenadier Corporal: Torrak Keres
- Corporal: Kelly Sanderson
In addition to the pensioners of Cove slipping back into their cushy jobs, the gleaming bronzed head of
Ahmed Al Maktoum returned to service after an extended period of absence in the Colonies. To re-balance the ratio of recruits to officers, Senior Tiberius led a recruitment drive in key locations across Sosaria, followed by a combat training exercise in which the blue team prevailed over the red. Corporal Sanderson was injured in a freak accident attributed to the lack of safety on the newly redesigned barracks stairs, which was considered to be amusing by all who witnessed it.
In our insatiable quest for fresh blood, using newly developed and top secret magecraft, the Baronship took its message beyond the borders of our own realm, with recruiting parties sent into the ether! Many more may be sent by these new and highly dangerous experimental methods!
