They're eating quail. All of my pets are fed a raw diet.

S'some pictures of a recent camping trip to a site just outside Haltwhistle. Of course, when I say "camping" I actually mean renting a cabin and looking smugly out of the window at the real campers, I hate tents as much as I hate horses.  Grin

(*Some kind of party breed, it has a big toe on it's paws)

(Cats seem to automatically adopt this pose in my presence)


"The Cardiac Climb"
(We decided to go for a walk along a portion of Hadrian's Wall to reach a view of a lake, there was also a tree from Robin Hood but my camera botched the picture. The other hikers we passed seemed bemused by my choice of footwear, my slippers, and of course my amazing technicolour barnet)


"The Lake of Distance"
(S'where it was when we got out of our bright yellow Fiat Siecento, that's right everyone, we're from the city and we haven't thought this through)


"The Approach"
(We were almost there, but I was considerably out of breath, the remedy? Marlboro)


"The Lake of Victory"
(Wahey, we made it, but boy could that cliff edge induce vertigo)


"A Quarry"
(Not very interesting? I know, right? It had toilets nearby  Sad)

And that was it !

The cereal of kings. Unfortunately since the 1990's ended supermarkets don't seem to want to stock them anymore, so you have to buy boxes for £7 (SEVEN - POUND) from department stores like Fenwicks with fancy delicatessens.

Boy s'worth it though....

Kas lucky charms lose there novelty when you can get the generic brand in a two pound bag for like 3 $

and it you insist on the box it's much more expensive but managable at like 2.47$
