Apologies if I am being an ejit and have overlooked it, but is there somewhere that citizens can go (a page somewhere or a book in game) to monitor how many shillings they have spent/collected in total etc?

No no, shillings are handled by Monkey World UK.


You can request your Shilling standing from the Mayor or Guild administration (Eason and Ahmed)
