A letter adressed to the Covian Officers.

Dear Officers, I have been on a visit to the gargoyal city of Tel mur. I was intrigued by their version of magic, its called Mysticism.
I purchased a book and a few scrolls from the local Magistry while being there and I was wondering...
Are we Covians alowed to learn and use this type of magics?
I have the book and the scrolls currently locked away while awaiting your enlightening reply.

Dear Celuvian,

I am unsure what my fellow officers will say but the magic you use first comes from the words of Gargoyles as they speak in the same power words.  Which I am sure you know. 

I would tread carefully though due to the suspicious nature many have of other races.  If anything I would believe a full investigation of the spells and their uses or effects would be needed in the first case.
