it really happened Tongue  Maybe not the way in the movie, but there is an old story about it.  I've learned it in History class.

For those who thought the movie sucked, you just watched it with the wrong intentions/expectations. Anyway, this thread is about letting the world know how great 300 is and that Cove should be more like those Spartans (and also wear jockstraps and red cloaks). If you disagree then that's cool, just keep it to yourself.

I still aint seen it yet but it isn't a movie depicting the ancient battle...

It is however a movie based on a graphic novel which was infact inspired by a movie depicting the ancient battle!
