In the absence of our resident bailiff I thought it would be useful to chronicle the extent of Covian land use, with the general intention of improving efficiency and easing any future taxation. For a period of many years the Baronship has occupied the coast and bay in the immediate vicinity of Cove proper. Since there is a selection of residents of various different professions within the area the existing structures and land plots have been broken down into four categories;

Fort Richter (Undergoing Repairs)
Residency Status: Managed by Torrak Keres.
Description: A large fortified structure occupying the majority of land on Llama Point.
Defensive Capability: Outstanding.
Baronship Records: Torrak Keres is a former commander of the Covian Army and long serving member.
Cove Barracks
Residency Status: Managed by Hoagie.
Description: A large fortified structure with swift access to the bay and coastal areas.
Defensive Capability: Outstanding.
Baronship Records: Hoagie is a Captain in the employ of the Covian Army and currently recognised as the commander of the Baronship.
Light Infantry Cabin
Residency Status: Managed by Dah'Han.
Description: A small log cabin with bountiful gardens on the western edge of the Shire.
Defensive Capability: Negligible, unable to ascertain whether the structure is for private or military use.
Baronship Records: Dah'Han is a Watchman in the employ of the Covian Army.
Glenmore-Cove Border Control And Defence [BoC]
Residency Status: Managed by Leander Le Blanc.
Description: Medium sized plot of land at the southeastern foot of the Glenmore mountains with reinforced sentry post.
Defensive Capability: Very good.
Baronship Records: Leander Le Blanc is a Regular Guardsmen in the employ of the Covian Army.
Cove Watch Tower
Residency Status: Managed by Xavier Kage.
Description: Well fortified structure on the southern coast with several exposed vantage points for ranged fighters.
Defensive Capability: Outstanding.
Baronship Records: Xavier Kage is a Watchman in the employ of the Covian Army.
The Kobra Home
Residency Status: Occupied by Maccen Korten.
Description: Located just northwest of the bay, this is a fairly large structure with ample gardens.
Baronship Records: Maccen Korten is a local citizen.
An Unnamed House
Residency Status: Occupancy uncertain, land registered anonymously under the name 'A Covian Citizen'.
Description: Located on the northwestern shore of the bay, this is a large signposted plot of land which currently shows no signs of active construction.

Description: A newly constructed private residence of medium size on the western coast, currently awaiting completion.

Description: A medium sized private residence just inland from the southern shore of the bay.

Description: A small signposted plot of land on the western edge of the Shire which currently shows no signs of active construction.

Description: A fair sized plot of signposted land on the western coast which currently shows no signs of active construction.

Description: A large structure featuring vast stained glass windows, sloping architectural stonework and a wealth of Arcane paraphernalia. The building is flanked by Covetous mountains to the east and Altmere outpost to the west.

A Covian Home And Workshop
Residency Status: Residence struck off the Covian register; occupant is no longer affiliated with the Baronship.
Description:
A modest villa on the road directly north of Altmere outpost. The workshop appears to exist for the personal use of the occupant.Baronship Records:

Description: A small wooden cabin on a raised stone platform with excellent views of Cove.

Description: A relatively spacious structure on the southern shore of the bay which bears the insigmia of the Avatarian faith.
Activity Status: Unknown, the most recent dating of correspondence to this address was two months ago.

The Green Goblin Inn & Tavern
Residency Status: Occupied and presided over by Gregor Eason.
Description: Large structure with a welcoming garden just inland from the western coast.
Activity Status: Moderate traffic of customers, mostly from the neighbouring barracks.

Church Of Cove
Residency Status: Occupied and presided over by Octiovus.
Description: Modest chapel with own graveyard on the western coast which bears the insigmia of the Avatarian faith.
Activity Status: Maintained by a small clergy, current size of congregation unknown.
Baronship Records: Octiovus is the Baron of Cove.
Memorial Square (BoC)
Residency Status: Occupied and presided over by Ethan.
Description: A large plot of land neighbouring Cove gates featuring a public square and numerous public domiciles.
Activity Status: Current usage unknown, current lodgers unknown.

Description: A large sandstone structure neighbouring the western coast on one side and Altmere outpost on the other.
Activity Status: Employs a permanent staff of two, comprised of resident waiter and bard. The last registered function at this address was over a year ago.

An Abandoned Church
Residency Status: Demolished and replaced by a private residence, see above.
Description:
A medium sized white stone chapel with considerable damage to the exterior walls. The interior is completely exposed to the elements as a result of the decay.Activity Status:
