STOLEN from the rightful winner, Baron Octiovus and given to he usurper and known animal fondler, Escaflowne. Reports have been received that Vesperian votes were counted up to eight times a person, in a clearly rotten poll. In response to these treacherous acts, the so-called Vesper Arena was righteously damaged by Covian arms.
Baron Octiouvs will now graciously run for the seat of Governor of Cove on the 30th of April, undoubtedly to win a title which is already rightfully his. All Covians are called upon to cast their ballots on Monday the 30th of April. Gather at the
