I am currently working on a new home.  It will be in Cove but some distance from the HQ.

Would it be possible for all scouts to be issued with a Rune to our hidden Headquarters?

I've not been there since before it was decorated, to be honest I've had no reason to return there.

Had no reason!! *fumes slightly*  How are we to keep track of the happenings on our south shores?  Surely that is reason enough?  I suppose I could ask an Arcanist to produce runes but then I would have to kill them afterwards.
