The evening started off with nervous surprise as Junior Dragoon Flina ordered everyone present to line up, and remove our armour. But for most of us, we were only wearing our armour; so we relied on the thin sash and small kilt to cover our modesty.
We were then ordered to do warm-up exercises. Arm stretches, touch toes, jog in place, and starjumps (once Dalamar showed us what exactly a starjump was...).
After our workout, Flina ordered Hoagie and Delmarian to wrestle and give us all a bit of a show.
Once they had slugged it out for a bit, the rest of us were directed to partner up and beat each other senseless!
My partner ended up being Snudrud who had his own unique way of wrestling, and had some special tactics..
Somehow he bested me, managing to knock me unconscious; but I just wasn't ready for his slimy standard of fighting! One day, I shall have my revenge!
One we cleaned the cuts, stopped the bleeding, and revived the unconscious, Flina called an end to the exercise, and handed leadership over to Tyraen who was preparing to take the company out to the fields for some Bagball. I took my leave to write this report.
All in all, it was a fun and exhausting training exercise that brought us all together a little more.
