[Task #1]

'Ey there recruit! As your mentor I suppose it is my job t' give you tasks that could potentially lead to a promotion, yer going to be a Watchman already soon enough, probably even before ye get to these duties.. So I have three of them for you! I am mostly putting yer reporting skills to the test! Part of writing  reports is more than just showing some paintings but how much words and detail ye can fit into the report as much as possible. So I am providing tasks below and I want ye to do one at a time.. Hopefully ye get to keep yer shirt on during these tasks. Good luck!

Task #2
Interview and Report

Find a guardsman, any guardsman, it can even be me I suppose who is a Junior rank or above. I want you to interview them! You may provide a few sketches but the important thing is the interview! I want ye to ask them at least FIVE questions to ask the guardsman and why ye picked them for the interview and why they might be interesting to you, you may include what their pass time and what they like or do not like about the job and so forth..

Escort Duty

Inside the gates of Cove there  is always townsfolk looking for to be escorted safely to a destination, without using any portals or help from mages, I want you to escort three of the townsfolk safely to their destination and in the report explain in detail from where you started and to where you arrived

Date, Saturday, May 12th

Earlier, I decided to take a stroll through a cave I had never been to before located in New Haven.. The cave is full of earth elementals mostly and is fairly simplistic, there is a rope that goes to a second floor filled with ogres and lizard people but be careful cause there is a lot of them! They will massacre you all at once.. I recommend taking at least another guardsman or two with you.. In the end the purpose was to gather some gold to rebuild the coffers! The gold will be stockpiled in one of the corner towers of the new barracks on the first floor when you walk through the gates, there is the stairs and the door is right there on your left..

I gathered a whopping 5,460 gold for the new coffers and donated all of it myself.. FOR COVE!

I must report that earlier today I convinced Nicholi and the Yewish gal Laryna to join me on a sentry. There wasn't much going on and we were all feeling  the heat and it just sort of.. Happened.. Nicholi and I got to work on the sentry while Larynda... Watched.. Suppose she was nice to look at. Marcus Kobra later on joined us in complete excitement along  with Junior Guardsman, Jon Trent. The sentry was held at the barracks even though I had originally intended for it to take place at the gates.. But whatever, a sentry is a sentry and this is the first one at the new barracks!

Not much happened, we slayed an ogre that came marching up on us and there was a farmer from Altmere who came down that was extremely upset, we apparently killed his cattle to build the sentry.. I have learned my lesson though and will continue to use cattle from farmers in Altmere to build Sentries! or maybe I shouldn't?.. I assured him that the Baron would reimburse him for the loss of his livestock.. A man must feed his family after all..  We held the sentry for at least a half hour. I have provided sketches below!

I currently do construction and work Mon-Friday till noon (Mountain time) I get off on Friday and Saturday I like to do real life stuff weather it be larping, hiking, going to the gym or a concert and Sunday is kinda my down day when I will be available most before I work again Monday morning..

We have had a lack of training as of late among the Covian forces, so I gathered a crew at the barracks myself and led them on a training exercise that I called THE SLEEPWALKER.. I dreamed of a training and I dreamed of sleepwalking and that's how this training came about! Simply put, I was sleepwalking around the lands at random, I stopped for nothing.. It was the job of everyone else to keep me alive and well.. So in a way, I led them on a wild goose chase.. Many monsters were slain along the way as well in both the graveyards and the swamps, Hoagie took command of the guards as I walked in my sleep.. The exercise in general taught them about formation protection which I lectured the guards about after the exercise was done.. The men did well considering I was stripped down to my bedtime clothes for the exercise and it got a little overwhelming when I ended up in the swamps.

As many know we are going to be re-constricting Cove starting with a new barracks and not only do we want your input on what it should or shouldn't but we want paintings of your design as well and I am considering a competition and the winning painting will be the design of the new barracks!

Congratulations on your victory Governor Octiovus! But it seems my clerics made a mistake and I was suppose to run for MINOC instead of Cove! Clerical error I can assure you! Reading your victory report.. I now have the keys to the arena as it was originally built by the Town Watch and most of the Town Watch wares are in it.. The reason I gave you the keys to the travesty known as the tavern which was never completed is because I wish to allow that one to become the new barracks instead and with your victory comes a request I have.. I would like to serve under you once more! Being in the Town Watch I served under the Baroness, a relative of yours but she seems to have retired and she had made me the Captain.. It's not that I betrayed Cove! I was doing what I felt best for Cove at the time.. I shall always wave the Covian banner! My old rank in the army was as a Regular Grenadier in the army however the Oath was never sworn under you but under Baron Mikael Richter and even then, I never even met him and the Baroness made me Captain of the Town Watch. A stripped down version of the army. If you allow me, I wish to re-take my oath properly and shall serve Cove to the best of my ability!

Severed Heads was awesome. Although I struggled roleplaying an Orc. Given that everyone else in the RP world had the utmost hatred for you and the only interaction was PvP it was difficult to make Orcs anything more than 'alts with a purpose'.

And yeeees. The easter egg on the landing page. See if you can find it! There are 2 technically.. 

I still roleplay my orc who is in the Served Heads.. I am guild leader it seems.

Mi' Lord the army always recruited outsiders into the Covian ranks myself included.. They didn't just aid me, they joined the ranks of the Town Watch.

Orcs had completely brought the barracks and everything else to the ground.. Ah' was in Skara Brae at the time living my life as a Ranger. I was able to save the all the books from the barracks and that was about et, when I' returned to Cove though it was a barren wasteland and to prevent it from being taken over even more ah' took it upon myself and got my crafters to work to build several structures to refortify Cove and I took most of the Skara Brae rangers with me into the new Cove..

Baron!! While ye were buggering off I had created the "Town Watch" t' replace the army and ah' already got stockpiles of UNIFORMS that are ready to go! Meet up with me soon an ah' shall give ye the keys to the crates!

Good thing ah' kept the uniforms the same.

Commander Raiden! Ah' ave always had red hair, it was just a brighter red.. It seems to have gotten darker as I age and a bit longer.. Ah' use to keep 'et in a ponytail or pigtails! Valentine and myself were a team once, ah' forgot what it was exactly, we called ourselves like the Amazing Flying Tomatoes or somethin' like that..

Wait.. I became a Grenadier and had no idea we had our own website!? I was not told about this!
