During the Campaign the CoRE Rules of Engagment shall be used, with the following exceptions -

Banks and Healers
Banks and Healers will not be considered 'neutral' areas within this Campaign.

Horses
Horses may be given to both sides as a reward for victories, these horses may be used in PvP combat. See your GM for guidance on this issue.

Homelands
The Loyalist homeland of Stonekeep and the Rebel equivalent (currently not decided) may not be attacked without giving 30 minutes warning to the defenders.

Warning before attacks
With the exception of the above, you need not give warning to the enemy before you attack. This means that you MAY attack from hiding.
