Regular Mithar led the group through a great amount of physical exercise for a training. He led us on a run through the woods, up to the coast, where we droped and pressed out twenty push ups. Later taking us to the wall, making us climb up and practise some commands by standing on the wall. After, taking us to the lake, making us swim laps with our chest peices on. Then, to the Wall of cove city to carry our partners the lenth of the wall.
Then he took us to the highlander basecamps to carry rocks around. After a long training of exercise my hands are tired, so this is why the report is so short. *Grins*
