Assignment: Combat Skills.
As an aspiring Dragoon you will have learnt much in the art of combat from your mentor and from being around the others such as Redfield and Senior Lanaii.
You are to lead an extensive combat training session covering the use of special moves, healing and tactics etc. bestowing your knowledge on less learned guardsmen.
When you have drilled it into them your are to lead a hunt so they can put into practice what they have learned.
Conditions:
At least four other guardsmen must attend the training and the hunt.
A full report of each event to be posted by you in this thread.

Grand she will make a fine Grenadier. *splutters*

Well she'll make a fine Dragoon too eh?!
Assignment: Patrol the Shire and pay your Watchman's debt.
Mikaela, you are to lead two seperate patrols, one to the orc fort and another to the swamps north west of the Altmere outpost.
Be sure to bring back enough loot from these two patrols to cover your Watchman's requirements (10k).
Conditions:
At least 2 other guardsmen must accompany you on the patrols, 10,000 gold coins must be collected and put in the coffers as per your Watchman's requirements.
A full report including pictures of each patrol to be posted by you in this thread.

Not seen the lass around in a while.
Heard she was eaten by Ogres..
Assignment: Organize a Spying trip to Stonekeep.
As an aspiring Scout you will be expected to lead spying trips! Lead one to Stonekeep do this OUT of the shadows so good disguises will be needed.
Make sure people are creative with the outfits, we don't want 100 wondering healers.
Conditions:
Talk to a member of GRD Command to organize this.
You must take at least one member of BoC Command along for the trip.
A report with colourful paintings must be done.
Go on, show us what your made of girl!

Hoagie..Hoagie.. Mmm reminds me of a sandwich I had once.
Nevertheless! Lets give the old bugger something to work towards..
Assignment: Organise & Run a Winter Festival.
Run a Winter festival within Cove.
Send an advert into the poste and stick copys up on different boards.
All allys and neutral guilds must be invited.
Make sure to do a wide variety of games and stalls run by citizens.
Conditions.
A report must be written including colour paintings.
A copy of the report must be sent to the poste.

Assignment:
Junior Perun, You are to hold a sentry at Cove Gates, the Altmere Outpost and the Barracks.
Question any travellers as to there business in the Covian Shire and challenge anyone who looks suspicious.

Let's see what he's like out of uniform.
Assignment: Host A Tavern Night!
The guardsmen deserve a night off and it's up to you Kurt to arrange a tavern night for them!
Contact the Green Goblin's head barmaid Teagen (Flina's sister), to arrange bar staff for the evening and also include some fun and games such as a darts contest, lottery, joke/story telling event, a band/bard, best outfit competition, speed dating *coughs* or somesuch... it's up to you!
Also encourage the guardsmen to get their glad rags on as they will be off duty after all!
Conditions:
A full report including paintings to be posted by you in this thread.
The event should last for no less than an hour and at least 3 forms of entertainment must be included.

A bit of a rough diamond... See how he handles this.
Assignment: Host two training sessions.
Conan, yer task is ter lead two seperate training sessions.
First lead a session concentrating on discipline in combat... i.e. healing, formations, listening for orders and calling targets.
The format of the training is up to you but perhaps some attack and defence and team fighting???
The second session should concentrate on discipline!
Check uniforms to make sure thay aint too ragged, check kit - make sure everyone has a torch and bedroll etc.
Be sure to carry extra kit yerself to hand out to those who don't have theirs - ye are an aspiring Grenadier after all, always be prepared!
End both sessions with a free for all!
Advertise this event as well in advance as ye can to get as many guardsmen to attend as possible (also ask a command member to send a mass icq 30 mins before the event too).

A full report including pictures must be posted by you or someone who participated in the trainings in this thread.

Assignment: Harpy Hunt!
Lead a hunt to the harpy nest in Ilshenar.
Collect as many feathers and as much loot from the horrid creatures as your party can carry and head back to Cove.
Conditions:
At least four other guardsmen must join you in this task.
Split the feathers you bring back between the Light Company, Grenadiers and Army Stores.

A Baron's Own Grenadier and a dab hand with explosives I hear.
Assignment: Host An Event For Grenadiers & Aspiring Grenadiers
Regular Gimbly, you are to host a Grenadier event.
Whether it be a brotherhood hunt, Grenadier training or perhaps an explosives course.
Conditions:
Arrange the event at a suitable time so that at least four of the Baron's Own and aspiring Grenadiers can attend.
A report including pictures must be posted by you in this thread.
If you choose to involve explosives... try not to kill too many aspiring Grenadiers.

Fancies himself as a bit of an athlete eh? Body of a god and all that!

Assignment:
All work and no play make Covian guardsmen dull lads and lasses!
The answer? Bagball!
Junior Redfield you are to host a bagball training session.
You are to advertise this event via the usual means (notice board & pigeons) well in advance to get a good attendance.
The training should include: a warm up, a lecture explaining the ins and outs of bagball and it's rules, a bagball competition splitting the guardsmen who attend into teams and a warm down to finish.
We don't want any pulled muscles eh?!
Conditions:
At least six other guardsmen must attend so you can have two three a side teams and a referee at the least!
Supply coloured kits (i.e. robes) so people can identify their team-mates.
Feel free to invite our allies if you wish.
