Back when factions ruled, and trammel was fiction, moonglow was populated, and fiding a housespot was difficult. That was the time UO was at its best.

I remember some of the first months me and my best friend started playing UO. We did not dare to venture out of moonglow being so scared we would get pked. There was so much thrill and adrinaline pumping through my body. We both got noticed by this guy named Luna, who told us to follow him. We did and he took us to his little small plaster house on the isle, and we stept inside. He put a barrel infront of the door, transformed into a chicken and started pecking us to death!   I Swear! KILLED BY A CHICKEN!

Than my second big adventure was factions. I was so bad at PvP, but the few times I did win I was on such a rush. Those HUGE raids, god I miss those.

And Yes CoY was the best rp community in the history of UO. I mean just the pure thought of seeing Zhedra creeping around the Yew Crypts still gets my heart racing. But who knows, a good community could be brought back some day 

That said, BOC is the best guild I ever had the pleasure to play in. The People, the mindset, and the quality is what keeps me around. I love you BOC!

I would be happy to prepare two kegs of strong poison for the caravan.

Hey everyone, as some of you might have noticed, Ginger and Fata are wandering Cove again.
Ive been back now for a two weeks or so and i have been working on some plans.

At first I've been trying to create a crafter/citizen area around the South Coast of Cove. Ive been buying property and such to create them into citizen shops. The area now holds: One Tavern, One Bakery, and Qom's  TAL Woodworks shop. Ive also been in contact with Jessica Hawkins to set up a shop on this coastline for all  the things she craft's.

The area I am talking about is from the "pass" to the Orc fort, just down that coast until Qom's woodworks.

Ive suggested to make this into a citizen area, because I've noticed that the citizens in BoC are always sort of wandering about, around Cove and hanging around the barracks,  trying to find others like them to play with. And if you have houses of citizens, but all scattered around the Covian land, then finding the few citizens that we have right now, becomes a big task. So in my effort I am trying to collect all citizen activity in one place, just to try making  "being a citizen" less alone and more fun for all.

I know that the citizens never really picked up in Cove, but with a few great citizen roleplayers returning like Jessica and Qom, and a few still active,  we could really try and make something of the citizens during the upcoming summer. I am not saying this new citizen district will cure our citizen problems, because citizens need to  try and organise a lot of events and things to do for other citizens if we want to make our ranks grow. But it could make things just a little easier.

First of all, I think of me as a European, as I have lived in so many places in Europe it is hard to say where I feel more at home.

My nationality is Dutch! My parents are both from Rotterdam and that is where I have been born and raised for the first 12 years of my life. However now I already live for 5 in Belgium! I live in Braschaat (if you stalk me I kill you) which is known to be like a small Dutch colony inside Belgium. All my friends from this town are Dutch and so are ALL of our neighbours. Now I do however go to a Belgian university in Antwerp, and there I have Belgian friends.

After the 12 years in Holland I have lived in Nice (France) for about 4 years, and strangely it is the place where I have had most fun and felt more at home then any other place in my whole life! And to top it all off, while I was living in these places, I went to international schools with mostly British and American people on them. I think and dream in English and not Dutch and most of My friends from these schools are British or American !

So I think it is safe to say that what I am is European.

With the trouble of remembering her past Ginger decided to do something normall for a change, and build a new life. Cove was now her home, and she would treat it with respect. The first task she decided to undertake was re ploughing the Covian fields and harvest some food for the Household kitchen.



After sweating and sowing the seeds on the land, she gave them water and decided to wait a some time to let the crops mature.



After checking the soil many times and giving the crops more water it was time to harvest.



After harvesting many barrels of vegtables and spice, Ginger brought everything to the Covian Household, so it may me processed in delicious food for the Baron.
