As of today, the gold requirement for promotion is being converted into a fabulous points system! Through this system, rather than amassing gold for promotion, you can gather resources for the Baronship and still be working towards your promotion. As a guardsman, this enables you to get extra credit for leading resource gathering trips, or even just going out with an axe and chopping away at trees.
The resources you gather can be deposited in this crate in the storeroom. It is important to remember that
you MUST show how much you gathered in any report to gain credit for it!
