Pilgrimage

After a lengthy discussion about Avamass and presents, we decided to test our faith by travelling to the Shrine of Compassion in the Desert of Compassion! We set out and once we reached Altmere, the fighting began! We rescued two nobles that had been captured by brigands, one of whom was from Cove!





We then entered the Desert of Compassion, where we were beset on all sides by Guardian-spawned scorpions! Luckily, they were fought off easily enough, it was a mere taste of what was to come!



Once we reached the Shrine of Compassion, Guardian-spawn assailed us on all sides! With some fire and steel, we kept the line and held the Shrine undesecrated and safe for travellers! Hopefully, we'll be able to walk there without having to fight as much in the future!





A fair bit of gold was also gathered!
