Purpose Of Cove Militia
* To safeguard the town of Cove, its Baron, its people, and its surrounding lands.
* To defend and protect the interests of the Baronship Council.
* To serve and honor the virtues of the Church.
* To act with the greatest discipline and professionalism, honed through extensive and rigirous training.

Militia Duties - Getting The Job Done
* Regularly patrolling Cove and its surrounding lands.
* Frequently setting up sentry points on the gates entering the town.
* Travelling across land and overseas to do battle with armies and guilds that show aggression toward Baronship interests.

Militia Training
* Foot Drill - Developing reaction to order, discipline, and confidence.
* Combat Training - Developing combat fighting prowess, strength, teamwork, and healing ability.
* Training Exercises - Structured scenarios placing guardsmen in near real situations.
* Hunts - Further developing combat prowess and teamwork. And also ridding Britannia of greater evil!

Militia Values
* Act with the utmost professionalism and zeal.
* Obey orders without question, taking action immediately.
* Practive and honor the virtues of the Avatari faith regularly.
* Offer your life in service of Cove, and defend its glory at all costs!

Promotion Requirements: Veteran Commander
Everyone in the Militia is working toward greater title, greater respect, and greater power in the Cove Militia. This is nay different for the leading Militia officer, the Commander.

* Organise and lead thirty training sessions.
* Organise and lead two Campaigns.
* Command and execute ten battles.
* Achieve at least six victories.
* Organise and lead thirty hunts.
* Collect a grand total of 200,000 gold pieces.
* Organise twenty cultural events for Cove.
* Organise and lead thirty local patrols.
* Build and operate ten Recruitment Stalls.
* Recruit at least ten new members.
* Produce twenty reports, including the bi-weekly Commander's Report.
* Become Armsmaster Champion at least once.
* Guide five Apprentices through from Recruit/Watchman to Regular Guardsman rank.
* Draft at least thirty Militia Duties.

Militia Development
* Achieve a greater ratio of Regular, fully trained, Guardsmen.
* Recruit more guardsmen into the Baron's Own Grenadiers and the Light Company, and develop both squads into fully operable units.
* Build up a stable and efficient leadership, including two Corporals, two Sergeants, and one Captain.
