Citizen Farfar's Duckhunt of Delusion
With Citizen Ileana's help we gathered around 20 'ducks' and release them into the Covian Shire before the event was due to start.
The guardsmen gathered at the Memorial Park and were each given a bottle of very strong Covian Liquor . The rules were explained to them....- Every competitor will have a bottle of liquor with his/her name written on it.
- They will need to take a zip of their liquor (not more than one zip), after they have collected a 'duck' from the Covian Shire and returned it to the memorial park.
- When the bottle is empty (following the collection of five ducks) He/she will be declared the winner!
- They are to refrain from vomiting on the premises.
The competitors did not by any means find the game an easy one... The ducks were difficult to find, to catch (especially the more they drunk), and some of the ducks were being hunted by other predators that roam the Covian Shire. The competitors having to fight off a predator or two!
The winner of the 'Farfar's Dunkhunt of Delusion' was Mr Grayner, the first to return five 'ducks' to the shed! His prize was a complete Farfar "duckset" (how to build your own duck with materials and a manual on how to make one).
