When:  07/17/08, 20:00 GMT

Location:  Covian Army Barracks.

Commanding Officer:  Junior Grenadier Takeamada
Guardsman in attendance:

-   Sergeant Hoagie (In the area)
-   Watchman Marcus Kobra (Supporting)
-   Guardsman Recruit Tsukiyomi Mori (in need of training)

Event:  Discipline Training

Report:

Discipline training for unruly Covian Guardsmen; Seems we have one or two new recruits that feel that taking and following orders, showing respect to senior members and following rules and laws do not apply to them!  Also seems that drinking on duty is on the rise!  This must go unchecked!

Guardsman Recruit Mori is a prime example of this, his unwillingness to follow orders without question, his attitude towards senior enlisted and officers is decaying is army from within!  So discipline training was in order!  Had them run laps, conduct push ups and sit ups, and conducted a last man standing.  In subornation will not be tolerated towards senior members, much less officers of the army!

Hence forth, I Hirk’oto Takeamada, Junior Grenadier shall conduct a Recruit Cadre Every Friday at 19:00 GMT sharp!!!  The report for this will list only those recruits being assigned credit for the training, late comers to the training will be allowed to train, but will NOT receive credit for the training!

Guardsman of the rank of Watchman are encouraged to attended to hone their skills, Guardsman of the rank of Junior and above are also welcome to attend and will be asked to be peer trainer's to those having issues during the session and dole out discipline when needed!

We cannot have lazy undisciplined Guardsman serving within our ranks if we expect to defeat Yew and it allies or any other threat that comes our way!  My goal is to have an army that will make others shutter just by are mere presence on the battlefield!  And that starts with discipline! I would hate to resort to beheading, the preferred style of discipline of the Tokuno Imperial Army!
