Overview:
Subject came in bruised and cradling his left arm.  Slight limp of left leg. Subject did not specify how he received these injuries.

Specific Treatment:
Determining the arm to not be broken, but rather sprained. Subject has been directed to use a sling until normal function returns.
Limp in left leg due to pulled groin. Subject advised to take two days bed rest.
Minor bruising noted as well as corresponding dents to armour.
Injuries likely received during regular duties.
Subject has refused any form of narcotic and medication.
