The Scout meeting - Minutes.

The first order of the day was to recap on what the Scout Squad is and what will be expected of those in the Squad.

Points made are;

• Absolute discipline from potentials and squad members
• Enforce discipline on all lower unsquaded ranks
• Make sure at least one Scout is in attendance to events.
• Step up security by leading sentires on boarders and patrolling
• Continue intelligence work

2) Training is to begin at the earliest opportunity for all one of which will be a combined training with Yew's Waywatchers.  A date and time on this will be posted once arranged.

3) Equipment will be requisited from the crafters in forms of work orders, the items must be handed to a Scout to be placed inside the tower.

4) Resources such as bandages, petals, arrows/bolts and nightshade are to be gathered by all and placed in the crates provided.

5) Current Scout Potentials are to concentrate on reaching promotion by completing their requirements.  Any help needed in this can be requested by a member of the Squad.

6) Regular meetings of at least 2 per month are to be held.

The time and date for the next meeting will be posted once arranged, any items to be carried forward to that meeting should be forwarded to either Aliryl or Kal.
