Part One: Running In Circles

The first part of the training was to navigate a poorly explained and constructed obstacle course of a track while running. No one understood what exactly the course was, so everyone generally ran in circles. Regardless, it was a decent warm up - along with the 20 pushups done beforehand.

Part Two: Bulldog

After that, we played a game of bulldog to work on our ability to pick and chase targets. I was taken down as one of the first casualties - being awesome and all - and proceded to knock a further six or seven myself.

Part Three: Some Manner Of Capture-The-Flag Thing

I paired up with Rita, and paired Tel'var with Bladius Dart, and we generally slaughtered the entire blue team. However, the blue team was sneaky and dyed the bagballs right under the rest of my team's collective nose. Whalebiter and I, via paired skirmishing, downed at least ten of the enemy team's members.

Part Four: Free For All

We ended the training with the traditional "run in circles hitting things" match.
