A terrible, horrible incident happened this morning, but before I get to it I must tell you about a asshole guardsmen in our ranks! He had a junior badge on and I had never seen him before, he refused to salute me as I saluted back, and he was very, very grumpy, looked like an older fellow.. He wanted to kill Scarlet, Hoagies daughter. And I kept telling him not to do et. He then went out saying blasphemy, said how the Avatar is not real, that he was a scum, and he hoped the church would burn and become a barracks again.

I walked up into the barracks and when I came out, something had happened.. Over by the lake by the church, Railen had been badly injured, almost dead. A man in a green robe and big red Vesper-like axe tried to rob Railen and Scarlet. I picked her up myself and brought her to the healers, where many showed up to take care of her. She will live. I am not linking the killer and the guardsmen yet, but he did want to murder scarlet after all. I would have arrested him but I am afraid I do not have the authority. He was my superior and nobody else was around.

The Junior Guardsmen had a light brown ponytail, a goatee, and I do not remember any scars, average white skin color and average height.. I am afraid I did not look over him enough.

The Junior you describe sounds a sandwich short o' a picnic ter me. From yer description he also sounds like half the Junior Guardsmen in the bloody army and we can't hang them all.

Be watchful and if ye see this fellow again do nay approach him alone.
