Escaping Shame

When i reported for duty today i was met with a few guards in the barracks,
everyone was looking for something to do when Corporal Arc took us to the
front of the barracks and set us the task of escaping from a dungeon, to test
our unit fighting abilities and before we knew it, he opened a moongate and
we were in the bottom of a deep dungeon.

No-one could tell where we we're it was very cold and the air was full of dust,
you could hear screams of pain from the caverns and roaring of beasts, this
was no place you wanted to be. The first monster that attacked us was an
elemental of blood, it attacked us with all its rage and hatred for living
creatures but soon was left dead on the floor.



We continued on through the passages, it seemed to be a maze but we
continued never the less until we came to a bright moongate and after
much debating, we decided to go through the explore the other side.

On the other side we found ourselves in a room with a door leading to the
long corridoor, the roof inside was cracked and sunlight shon through, we
were near the top! but we had no way of climbing out so we continued
through the corridoors and into another white gate.

This time transported us back into the caverns, we werent sure if we were
on the way out or not, but our only choice was to continue on through the
dungeon. We encountered huge sea creatures, windy beast and elementals
made of earth in our attempt to escape the dungeon, but eventually we found
our way out to find Corporal Arc waiting for us, he then congratulated us for
completing the task and then sent us home in a moongate, where we sorted
the gold and ended the patrol.
