Sir some vesperians came by today and told me to tell you that they want a one Kiran for crimes against Vesper. I had told them that he was dead but they would not listen. They said that if he is not brought to them they will come back with whatever force is necessary,

Sirs, I bring urgent news!

The Vesperian commaner known as Kimi broke our alliance this evening! She said, that Vesper ain't need the alliance of Cove and demanded our beloved bailiff Kiran!

Not only that, they kept insulting Cove and Commander Keres!

Even all the kindness we gave them, they never accepted us in Vesper! If they wish to be treated as hostile, I say we treat them that way!
