Spiders... oh the spiders... [Part II]

Lysandra sat there, atop the ruined Town Hall, waiting for her next target, the lowly worker known as Smedly Herbwood. He would, indeed, be a useful tool.

"Where are you, my cute little worm?", she thought to herself, as she admired her nails, resting her back on the comfortable pillow on the back of the chair.

As time passed, she grew impatient... finally, her plans were in motion, and all that stood in her way was the sense of time, or lack thereof, of a lowly peasant! The impunity!

She heard steps. "Finally, he arrives. What kept you, my cute little worm? Oh, if you but knew what was to come to pass in your awkward little existence...", she thought.
