You need to have either a civilian or a guardsman in the Baronship to apply, no creation of alts allowed as your progress in the underworld is actually directly linked to your progress in your general carreer! This is where you have to choose, to either be a goody goody or a renowed rogue! Well.. actually... no one can or will know you are a rogue! But that's all part of the fun of it!
