In all seriousness, I have all but given up on the underworld thing
Appearantly it did not matter how many efford I put in, how much freedom I gave members and how high the rewards were, when Kazuo was not around fuck all got done. After trying for 2 months I got very tired of this and decided that it just was not worth it anymore, at least not for me.

So who knows, one day the underworld may be revived, fact is that at the moment I just don't have the motivation to do so. Kazuo does make an appearance every now and then though, but no longer high profile as it used to be.
