Civilian rules

Have any of civilian rules changed? Mainly the ones about clothing etc...
I can see civilians wearing jewellry, armor at ranks not allowed for that very often.
I won't go into details on who and where, but if interested have a look at MyUO pictures and you'll see...
of course still not everyone enabled showing status...

All civilians should be adhering to the guidelines outlined on the citizen boards.
Commoners shouldnt be prancing about in flowing silks and fancy clothing etc.

The MYUO stuff is all weird. According to that, Khae's got 75 disarm trap and a totally different hairstyle and different clothes. Don't bother too much about that. And Khae always wears leather btw, he's a special case of sorts.

Mmmhhh, how I love different sorts of this and that... *sighs*
Why can't it be equal to all? A commoner is a commoner, citizen is a citizen etc...
Or let's create "Commoner+" or "75% Citizen"...

I'm perfectly happy with being Citizen, Shadwell (even didn't changed clothing since advancement
)
My point is that lots of people doesn't follow rules as simple as clothing, that's all.
It's good to have someone who will say "Hey! You can't do that!", because that way I feel that someone cares about what I'm doing in the guild.
You thought i'm envy somehow?

I'd like to see this clamped down on and civilians wearing appropriate clothing etc. to their rank.
After all recruits can't wear plate helms or sport heater shields and the citizenry should be no different.

No no. But the Citizen system still has allot of things to iron out. With you being one of our "prime" citizens your view on the matter counts for allot.
