Combat
To begin with I tested them on their combat skills, they had to get down my team of helpers while healing each other. They did exceptionally well with Delcarakdur the one eyed and one handed elf they pretty much annihilated my team without breaking much of a sweat. The target was picked carefull, the first target being me.

Fitness
We started off nice and easy, it was a light jog to the small mountain, cavey bit by the orc fort then after that 30 pushups! They all preformed well and barely struggled which is what we want to see!

Next was a little harder, without gloves for grip I made them climb up and down the glenmores five times. They all did it well, though poor Eve almost fell twice and Conan did fall on his arse once. Of course by now they were starting to get tired.

Next was the hardest part. From the glenmores without stopping the Juniors were made to run to the moongate in the snow. An extremely hard task to do, but they all made it more or less at the same time and I'm very pleased that we didn't loose any of them!

Leadership
For leadership I put Conan Darkmoon in charge of leading the men to blood and taking down a blood elemental. I watched him to see whether he gave enough orders and such and I think he is good enough to hand a staple belt! The blood elemental was took down without many injuries.

Next I put Kelly in charge and she led the group to despise where they killed An Ogre Lord with great ease! I also let Eve lead them against another, as well as Garand and they both did perfectly fine. Very good infact!

And last but not least was an orc brute which Dalamar lead the men against he lead the men well shouting clear orders and making sure everyone healed. I'm impressed with everyone who lead this evening specially Dalamar.

Lectures
Now it was time for them to relax their bodies a bit so I decided to go through the theory work. I told them about their duties as Regulars, setting an example for the lower ranks etc.. and about what they will be expected to do and lead. They all seemed to understand and answered any question that I asked well.
