Tbh theres no such thing as an true evil guild in the Europa RP scene at the moment. The closest your going to get is one of the brigand guilds.

The Crew of The Bla-bla (Can't spell it) They're evil but not very active.
Brigands of the fort, encourage all styles of RPvP
This new Brigand guild called The Outlaws look rather promising and need new members with experience and skills!

Also have that "Temple of Dark Light" seems to be on sort of quest to bring back the Guardian. (i think) I think it's mostly come up with the recent Blackrock plotlines, becuase in UO Lore... The Guardian has to pass through a blackrock gate before enter the world again.. (I think)

Well to be technical about it a few chars were allowed necromancy after doing some things to help the guild, but that doesn't really matter as the guild doesn't exist anymore anyway.
