Raiden sat in the Grenadier Hall and pondered over the latest recruit he was to mentor.

Guardsmen Recruit James eh? He's keen to become a Grenadier! Well we'll talk about that more if he lives long enough to make Junior.

In the meantime he looks a little scrawny, he needs to fill out a bit and put some muscle on his bones. Then we can get him out of that damn leather uniform!

Greetings Recruit James,

If ye are ever to equip the ledgendary heater shield and wear the heavy armour of a Grenadier we need ter beef yer up a bit.

Now whenever ye are off duty or have a spare moment I want yer to grab a hatchet and pickaxe and head out in the shire and chop all the trees ye can until yer arms burn. Then, head up to the Glenmore mountains and hack at them with yer pick until ye can lift it no longer.

I want ye ter do this whenever ye can to build some upper body strength.

Also head to a smithy's forge and learn what ye can from him about various different weapons. A warrior must learn to fight with a range of tactics.

I want you to post a full report of yer activities below with a nice sketch of ye in full mail armour at the end.

Good luck Recruit.

Dear Sir,

On Joining the army I was a skinny lad with no muscle and I noticed I had to put muscle on my frame to become a grenadier and wear heavy armor as they do and equip the legendary heater shelid.Raiden suggested ways of me putting muscle of to my frame E.g wood chopping mining some rock and learning how to use certain weapons which teach me what I had to put my body through to serve the army. Before I couldn't wear that sort of armor no I can equip Heavy shield and swords also I feel fitter and ready to start my army career and serve the Baron!.

As I walked to the Dangerous Forest I came across Some Tree's which I knew I could chop away with my hatchet so I drawed It from my backpack and started chopping on  the tree I noticed that my arms felt stronger because I can hold the hatchet without struggling. As I journeyed on I came to a rocky mountain and hit it with a pick axe and my strength Improved more. Here Is a screen shot of me hacking at wood
