I gave new recruit Tamara a brisk training covering things that most recruits need ter know to live long enough to be promoted to Watchman.
I explained how to addres your superiors properly
(faliure to do so often leads to the demise of many a recruit), that a good recruit always carries at least 300 bandages, as well as basic orders such as arm up, ready arms and form.
Tamara listened well and understood what was asked of her as she carried out my orders with the minimum of fuss. Although I did have to break out the fish steaks to explain the order to form!
