Simply becasue I can no longer remeber, How can one tell if the house is 2 or 3 story custom? is it the 2 stories that have the 2 floors then a roof? or are they one floor then a roof?

And what do you thin I can get for a 12x12 custom that has 2 floors and  roof an is in the middle of the Trinsic jungles with lots of tree obscuring the lot??

Not sure, but houses are basicly worthless nowdays unless they are placed nicely.

A 2story house has 2 floors and the roof, available for use (you can build walls, but won't be able to close them with a roof.)

3story has got 3 useable floors, and the 4th, roof one (same rule as above).

Hom much ya think I can ask for a 12x12 2-story dirt plot in trammel deep on the trinsic coast, shrouded by trees!! HUGE TREES!!
