Dear Grenadier Captain Morana,

My time as a Stratgeic Advisor for the Baron's Army has been well spent, and I have enjoyed the company of the Covian guardsmen and citizenry; but I feel now is the time to go one step further.
My bones are old but my heart is young, and I wish to transfer to the main body of the Covian Army, pending your approval.
I shall fulfil any duties or trials that are expected of me.

Eason grinned faintly, and handed the document back to Captain Morana.
"Ah, good ol' Nic. He was a fine soldier back in his day. He is a BIT old now, but I'm sure we could make use of him." Captain Morana looked favourably upon the old Commander.
"Very well then, Gregor. Fix him up some sort o' Transfer Trial, and get 'im back in the ranks!" Eason grinned once more.
"Aye, sah!"

Dear Sir Nicholas Bashford,
Ye olde scoundrel! Your Transfer Request has been approved, and without further delay ye are hereby ordered to commence with your Transfer Trials immediately.

Transfer Trials
Orcs have been consistently pestering the Covian citizenry and have been moving into the Shire at an aggressive rate.
1. Set up a Sentry Encampment near the entrance to the Fort, and hold here for at least two evenings.
 * At least two guardsmen must be in attendance.

Recruits are needed to fill the gaps within the Covian Army.
1. Create banners at all moongates and major Banks every day over the period of a week.
2. Lead a Recruiting Party to New Haven, setting up a Recruitment Post.
 * At least two guardsmen must be in attendance.
3. Successfully recruit one member.

With your expertise, young Recruits and Watchmen could learn a great deal, and be drilled effectively to fulfil their duties in the Covian Army.
1. Host two Training Sessions for the Army.
2. Lead a Basic Training Hunt for Recruits and Watchmen whom need their combat skills developed.
3. Tutor at least two Recruits to the rank of Watchman, and at least one Watchman to the rank of Junior Guardsman.

Morale has been drooping lately, and we need a recreational event to boost the spirits of guardsmen and citizenry alike! Organise such an Event!
