After rallying with the Vesperian forces the Covians made their journey to Minoc. After last week's patrol where no sign of the King's forces could be found it was unlikely that would be the same again and that indeed turned out to be the case as masses of Yewish and Britannian forces took the field before the freedom fighters of Cove and Vesper.
The initial contact didn't go too well for the northern allies as their forces were over-run by the Guardsman Militia and Britannia Guard's troops but they soon rallied to put up a stiffer defence against a second assualt.
With great teamwork the formed up forces of Cove and the reminents of their Vesperian allies held off attack after attack until they were all but worn down at which point the desperate order to charge was given.
Alas it wasn't to be and the Royalist oppressors won the day... But will they win the war!?
