Your Immanence,

     I, a most humble servant of Avatar, have only recently returned to Cove after some travels. It is brought to my attention all arcanists or those whom have used any form of arcane device, magiks, apparatus, or tools should come forth to be branded. In my past I have been associated ,though against my will, with the mages guild of Magincia. I have not used nor attempted use of any spell for nearly twenty-two years or more. I at this time lay myself upon the mercy of the church for my tardiness, and shall present myself for branding at the earliest possible time.

    May the Almighty guide us with his wisdom.
