To the Rescue!

I sat at the chair in my lawn, quietly reading my religious texts when a bird came pecking at my head. I swatted at it a few times but it persisted. I finally noted the message cylinder attached to its leg. I opened it up and it read:


" you are to go to the outpost beside the Grenadier Hall alone no armor no weapons  if you wish to see the child again, come any other way and the kid will be killed"

I quickly removed all my armour and weapons and stashed them safely before setting out with great haste to the outpost. I arrived and was metwith a crossbow aimed square for my chest. The thugs, a female whom I realize now I have had the occasion of meeting before, possibly twice. That she has been arrested before I am certain. She then had me turn and face the wall. She made an attempt to knock me unconscious but was unsuccessful though I suffered a busted nose and a cut to the head for her troubles. She then decided to bind my hands and blind fold me as she led me to her hideaway. I was then shoved into a cell with the unconscious lad. I soon heard a commotion outside the cell door. To my suprise and great relief there stood Officer Cadet Kal Shadowhand of the Light Company! Avatar's Light be with him! He soon escorted us out of the cell and escorted the female thug to a holding cell at the barracks. I took the lad to the hospital where I patched up a broken rib and a cut on his head. I also patched myself up and got cleaned up.

Now with enough pressure this thug may be forced to talk, giving up her accomplices.
The charges currently against her are: 2 counts of assault on a guardsman. 2 counts of abduction, 1 count of extortion, and one count of conspiracy to commit abduction.

Grand report Marcus ye did well and you followed her orders as to not get the Ladd hurt anymore that he was, but alass on me way to the Barracks with her I was attacked by them bloodi water things and she did get away from me. Fret not I do search fer her now and also know where she was last staying, I will be keeping an eye on the place as she may return to it soon.
