"Ah. Commander Morana. Not many recruits cluttering up the place. We can't rely on the likes of Hrothgar and Eason if we are to invade Yew! The senile and infirm wont get us anywhere."

Personally lay 100 banners.
Encourage guardsmen to lay banners by hosting a recruitment competition.
Lead a recruitment stall to New Haven.
Post recruitment leaflets on notice boards around the lands.
Place 30 otherwordly banners.

Battle Readiness.

Increased guardsman trainings and free for alls.
Joint combat training with Vesper.
Vesper's Ironman tournament and possible reintroduction of the Covian Armsmaster tournament.
