*The sounds of hammers and saws. The yelling and cursing of workmen and the braying of work animals rise into the morning sun. The sounds ring out all across the Altmere as construction continues on what shall prove to be a towering building, a whitewashed spire on the Altmere skyline. The foundations were laid within a week and soon the walls began to rise. Men hustled and bussled to and fro. Wood chips and mortar dust rose all about. The mules they pulled and the pulleys they lifted the walls into place. The craftsmen they hammered and a hummed to the sound of their saws all day. The Marble was brought it, huge massive slabs, and cut into the grand stairs. Counter tops were anchored and tiles were laid all the while the second floor was being made.
They again brought in massive slabs of the marble, the finest Red silk for isle runners. Massive Oak boards came in from afar to build the stage. Beautiful in all of its glory more marble was laid and polished to a mirrors shine. The stage was sealed and stained and the men groaned as they strained, chandeliers were hung and and the windows installed.
Now all that is needed are chairs and tables, lights and rugs.* The Theatre is a place for any plays or productions you may wish to perform. It is located south of the road in Altmere, between two large tower, also just across from the Bronze Arms Inn. Citezens with scripts ready may obtain keys to the land.
