Overview:I reported f'guard duty along with Me'an today, an' on a search of the Barracks I located a mess from a nights binge drinking left out.
The Barracks is NOT a place for such recreational activities, and guardsmen do not leave such a mess after themselves.
Among the items were Gems, Wine, Ale, Liquor, Clothes, which Me'an has styled to attempt to find out who was there, and a vial of Daemon blood.
The culprit is to own up for this offence and pay the fine of 150 gold for littering, and explain his or her use of Daemon blood, or else the punishment will be much greater.
