The following is the story of that house;

It began life as Arma Renox's Naval Office and Shipyards.
The Shipyards fell.
I took the plot, turning it into the Blackwind residence.
I changed it later to the Gazette officers.
I sold it to Duncan Calder.
Duncan Calder sold it to Keane Wakefield.
Keane Wakefield gave it back to me.
I sold it to Faden Wildheart.
Faden Wildheart let it fall.
I placed there again.
